LCD and our partners are excited to release the Philly Eviction Prevention Project Tenant Resource Guide! The PEPP Tenant Resource Guide contains information on housing resources, including where to go for emergency shelter, legal assistance, and rental assistance, how to prepare for an eviction hearing, and how to address housing discrimination. You can access the free Resource Guide here or contact one of the PEPP Partners for copies of the book for your office or organization. The Resource Guide will soon be available in other key locations around the city.
PEPP is a collaboration of seven nonprofits serving low-income tenants: Legal Clinic for the Disabled, Community Legal Services, Philly VIP, Senior Law Center, TURN, Clarifi, and Regional Housing Legal Services, working together and using best practices and innovative strategies to reduce evictions, prevent homelessness, improve housing conditions and stabilize neighborhoods.
