Andrew joined LCD in 2022 as a staff attorney for the Medical-Legal Partnership Initiative. He supports LCD’s medical legal partnership initiative by providing legal services to clients at The Philadelphia AIDS Consortium (TPAC), and the Health Annex, a federally qualified health center in West Philadelphia. Additionally, he represents tenants facing eviction in landlord-tenant court. Andrew is originally from Bethany, Connecticut, but now proudly calls Philadelphia home. He earned bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2014, and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2019. He loves working with and getting to know his clients. Andrew’s favorite thing about LCD is its Medical-Legal Partnership service model, which assists in identifying and addressing “legal” social determinants to health that in turn can impact positive healthcare outcomes.
