Make a Donation
Each year, your generosity allows thousands of people with disabilities in the Greater Philadelphia region get the legal help they need. Please take a moment to support LCD’s mission of inclusion, independence, and justice. Your tax deductible donation supports our continued legal assistance and advocacy for those who need it most.
Volunteer
Volunteers have always been a critical component of the work that LCD does. Without volunteers to take pro bono cases, help us with our financial statements and tax returns, and advise our staff attorneys on legal issues, we could not operate at the capacity we do.
Internships
LCD interns gain valuable experience through exposure to the full range of our work and mentorship from senior staff attorneys. We offer the opportunity to work with a significantly disadvantaged section of the community, and our interns report great satisfaction from helping change a person’s living conditions, health outcomes, or financial situation.
Fellowships
To apply for a fellowship with LCD, you must be dedicated to public interest law and have experience, or a strong interest in, working with low-income individuals. We host law students and lawyers for fellowships funded by the Independence Foundation, the Skadden Fellowship Foundation, and Equal Justice Works.
