Caitlin joined LCD in 2022 as a contractor and became an official LCD employee in January 2024. As LCD’s Pro Bono Coordinator, Caitlin partners with local law firms to bring volunteer attorneys to our Community Legal Outreach Clinics. Caitlin originally hails from a suburb of Philadelphia but has lived in Scranton, Baltimore, and New York City. She earned her B.A. in political science with minors in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Africana Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and received her J.D. from New York Law School with a public interest focus. Caitlin appreciates the teaching aspect of her position; whether she is working with LCD clients or volunteers, she most enjoys breaking down complex legal issues so that they feel informed and confident. Caitlin’s favorite thing about LCD is its staff. She finds that they are genuinely welcoming and kind, and that their actions and words match LCD’s mission. 

Fun fact: Caitlin is very much in love with her dog, Gus.
