Cat joined LCD in fall of 2025 as a Staff Attorney for the Medical Legal Partnership. Cat grew up in DC, but went to both undergraduate and law school at Loyola University New Orleans. Throughout her education Cat was drawn to public interest working for such organizations as Emergency Legal Responders, Disability Rights Louisiana, and Incarceration Transparency. Cat is excited to continue her advocacy at LCD in Philadelphia and is looking forward to getting to the city and community here.
