Sharon, a Philadelphia native, serves as the Director of Operations at LCD, applying her background in operations management, systems improvement, and nonprofit leadership to support the clinic’s mission. With a JD from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, she combines strong legal and business acumen to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency. She finds her work at LCD to be deeply fulfilling, knowing that we help individuals secure housing, access healthcare, or obtain justice, often transforming their quality of life. In Sharon’s spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and cooking.
