Ashley joined LCD in 2021 as a paralegal with the Medical-Legal Partnership Initiative. Her role involves assisting attorneys with case work up, researching outreach for the Right to Counsel program, and assisting with document drafting and execution. Ashley is from Philadelphia but was born and raised in the suburbs. She considers New York City a second home. Ashley studied Spanish and three other languages at the University of Delaware and received a postgraduate degree in interpretation from LaSalle University. Her ability to meet new people, help them, and connect them to the right resources is what she loves most about her work. Ashley’s favorite thing about LCD is that our staff is always united in trying to make a difference.
