Eva joined LCD in 2022 as a staff attorney for the Housing Initiative. She is from New Orleans, Louisiana and currently resides in Philadelphia. Eva has a B.A. in History from Louisiana State University and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. Eva loves working with her colleagues and clients, and enjoys the supportive team environment of LCD’s staff.

Fun fact: Eva has three very sweet dogs.
