Juliana Petro, Esq. was born and raised in Luzerne County, PA and graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017. During law school, Juliana interned with a variety of Philadelphia-based public interest legal organizations, including the Medical-Legal-Community partnerships through Philly Legal Assistance (PLA). After graduating, Juliana joined WRC (then known as “Women’s Resource Center”) as a staff attorney for the Barbara J. Hart Justice Center, where she represented victims of domestic and sexual violence through a trauma-informed lens. In 2021 Juliana was promoted to the role of Legal Director. Juliana’s passion for cross- professional collaboration and the power of direct representation is what drew her to LCD’s mission.
